THE PARENT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION The Perry Public Schools Parent-Tea- cher Association is a joint organization of the High School and Elementary School of Perry. Each year the P.T.A. chooses pro- jects in aiding the schools to obtain equipment which the School Board does not feel is nec- essary for the suc- cessful operation of the schools in the city, but which when provided by the P.T.A. offers an advantage to all pupils of the school by providing for them added bene- fits. The scenes de- picted on this page are taken from the Annual Halloween Carnival which is the source of money for the P.T.A. Top left: The Hal- loween Parade ar- rives downtown. DEDICATION To Mrs. Allen Hart, whose skill in teaching, together with her concern for the progress of her pupils has made her an outstanding teacher of T.C.H.S., we, the annual staff of the 1954-’55 TACOHI wish to dedicate this yearbook. Many students in later years rea- lize that some teacher has helped him to a better understanding of life and its problems. We feel that Mrs. Hart has met this quali- fication of a good teacher.
