Two Glongapo fishermen, Pedro Wenc- eslao, 65, and his grandson Roberto, 18, of 85-8 Esteban St., were returned to their fam ilies today by the U. S. Navy ocean tug USS TAWASA QATF-925 after spending more than forty-eight hours clinging to their swamped fishing boat.
