J. buys a 31.75 wooden cane which sheathes a foot of cold steel. With his partners in crime, Guppy Gibson, PF Lebeck, and Clutch Cearlock, a hard lot, he begins his assault on Utapao . Air Base. lmpersonating a blind man, D, J. boldly walks through the gate and cases the Ex- change, EM Club, and Canteen. Now the group strikes out for town. The gate guard is wise to D.J.'s sword cane , however, he spreadeagles D.J. against the guard shack, frisks him, and then jails him. D, J, joins the ranks of TAWASA ex-cons. ........EN3 W. L.
