Presentation of the twenty-two candidates for Homecoming Queen was the most elaborate ever at T.C. The girls, each sponsored by a school organization, paraded around the stadi- um in convertibles. As each girl reached the side opposite the T.C. fans, she met her es- cort and walked down the 50 yard line through the Band, which was in a large T formation. The winners were announced and Mr. Thomas, County Judge Robert Stevens, and T.C. 's 1969 Queen, Barbara Stokley, crowned Carol Clark 1970 Homecoming Queen. The game was fol- lowed by a dance in the Student Center with music provided by the Free Reign from Chicago
