‘Kcttt Beauty Judge Mr. Michael R. Carroll We are proud to have Mr. Michael R. Carroll judge our Senior Beauties. Mr. Carroll is presently Vice President and General Manager of Alands. Formerly a teacher, he has been in the retail business for the last twenty years. He has judged numerous beauty contests, including the Christmas Pageant and Teen Girl Pageant in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Carroll’s civic activities include membership in the Hoover and Birmingham Chambers of Commerce. He has also served on the advisory board of United Appeal. He received a B.A. Degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, studying Speech, English and Economics. He was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa academic honorary fraternity, Robe men’s leadership honorary, and was elected class president three years. He later served as infantry officer in the U.S. Army with the rank of Captain. Mr. Carroll's family includes his wife Betty and eight year old son Todd. He enjoys working with young people and has coached in the Honor Soccer Club for the past three years where his son is active. 10
