The ciuties of the Alpha Psi Qmega cover a great variety oi activities which include: seiiing tickets, costuming, huiiciing scenery, lighting, acting, directing, and all other duties which are necessary to the theater. During the past year, Alpha Psi Omega sponsored the eariy Italian farce- comecly hy Goidoni, The Coffee House, and did the production Work on the Senior Play, Goodbye Again. THE STUDENT EUUNIIIL HE Tarlcio College governing body nears the completion of its fifth success- ful year. A survey of the activities of 1936-37 reveals the efficiency with which the Student Council handled the problems which arose. For all the students who enjoy so heartily those popular an-school parties, the Student Council started and encouraged the struggling college orchestra which developed into the smooth Hgyncopatersf, The Social Board of the College, under the jurisdiction of the council, made a study of social problems and attempted a solution. Many of the new ideas to which the Student Council devoted its time are yet in their infancy, and will be continued by future executive bodies. Among these are the HBeautify the Campusn campaigng the student assessment fee for carrying on college activities: a central reserve treasuryg and other similar ideas. Under the very able leadership of Robert McConnell, the 1936-37 Student Council has blazed several new trails for future Tarics to traverse with a little more ease than heretofore. FORUM LITERARY SUEIETY HE chief aim of the Forum Literary Society is to give to its memhers vaiuahle training anci experience in literary composition, ciehate, and oratory. The organization provides many social activities such as their annual hay- ride, and hanquet, along with picnics anci parties.
