Each member of the staff gave willingly of his time, t-fforts, and abilities to contribute to the material included within the covers of this '.'olume. In addition to the problems ol' publication, it was necessary that the staff keep within the bounds of a limited budget. This necessitated careful planning and or- ganization ot' facts, data, and photographs in order to achieve satisfactory literary results.
