It is really a high honor to belong to this club for such denotes: com- petition in at least one of the sports, average scholastic standi-ng and a moral stability of credit, as well 'as sacrifice on the part of each individual athlete so that he might be in a better position to bring home a victory for his college. Hard work, perfect cooperation and thorough coaching resulted in what we be- lieve to have been a successful debate season. The program of the year consisted of a trip to the debate tournament at Winfield, Kansas, and non-decision debates with teams from Park College, Peru Teachers, Midland College, and Doane College. At -no time during the season was enthusiasm found wanting. Perhaps it reached its height when 'Mr. Warren in his excitnient after debating at Winfield, dressed in his P. J.'s when preparing to return to Tarkio. Page 63 D
