D'Auria, E. Black, V. DeGioia, S. Kopac and Mr. Stitler, coach. AFTER THE SHOW - GULF During the 1953 golf season our crack Tappan Zee golf team defeated all comers in the RCPSAL. After winning the county title, the four man team journeyed to Binghamton for the state championships, Playing on the I. B. M, course, Joe D'Auria, Vince DeGioia, Stave Kopac and Eugene Black came in fifth place. Joe D'Auria placed fifthin the individual matches. BUWLING Our bowling team may not be the greatest in the world, but they really enjoy themselves. The team along with Coach Rotelli, travel to different towns and compete in the county bowling league. At the end of the year they also take part in the state sectional matches. Strikes and spares are what these boys long for!
