Secretary Career Education in the Taos schools is to give every student the alnility to make a self-determined, realistic decision for the direction of his 1ife's work, family, leisure, and community activity. R ea d i n g L a b This year a reading lab funded by the Right to Read Department of the United States Office Of Education was instituted. The purpose of the lab is to strengthen needed reading and writing skills. By the end of the first semester, many students had raised their reading levels up to five grade levels.
