RDVISO URN Division is the ship's own repair force and is comprised of shipfitters and damage controlmen. Repairing and remodeling the ship's equipment, boats, internal and exter- nal structure and its various system are accomplished through the combined efforts of welders, plumbers, and carpenters of URN Division. Damage controlmen are responsible t for the ship's water tight integrity as well as the prevention of fires.
