Class Play 3,4 Reporter 2, 3 Vice-President 2 Vice-President 4 4-H 1 Class Plays 3,4 H CLASS HISTORY In the years 1945-1946 we started out in the first grade with Mrs. Rea as our teacher. There were twenty-five students enrolled, of which seven are in the present Senior Class. They are as follows: Betty Cole, Pat Hazelwood, Mona McMurtrey, Jeannette Rowings, Charles Smith, Bobby Yater, and Larry Colson. Mrs. Myers was our second grade teacher with twenty-five members in the class. We lost Rex Day, Dale Galvin, Mary Gossett, Margaret Schwab and Larry Thomas. We gained Joe Osborn, Barbara Gillespie, Harvey Peters and Bill Jacks. Our third grade was divided into two groups with Mrs. Myers teaching one group and Mrs. Graham teaching the other. There were twenty-six students enrolled. Gracie Rector joined us, and later we gained Bill Bush and Kermit Crum. Mrs. Graham taught our fourth grade class and we had thirty-one students. We gained Lois McCollam, Martha Thomas and Josephine Grovier. Mrs. Graves was our fifth grade teacher. We had twenty-nine students. We lost Martha Thomas and Josephine Grovier. Miss Lindley was our sixth, seventh, and eighth grade teacher. We had twenty-two students in the sixth grade. We lost Richard Bond, Barbara Gillespie, Paul Moore, Alice Pyle, Janet and Joan Randolph, Billy Bush and Mona Lazier. We gained Mary Miller. 21
