It is a time for pride. As your fami- lies, schools, and communities let you know how proud they are of what you have done, | want to say on behalf of all Americans that your country is proud too. But it is also a time to look forward. Your education will continue in the years ahead -- whether on a campus, at a job, in the home, or in uniform. | encourage you to use your opportunities to the full, living to help others and to better yourselves and wringing every drop of learning out of life's adventure.
