FUREWURD In my all too meager reading of literature I chanced upon the following lines. The author to me is unknown: Lest we forget the many joys That we have had in days gone by I'1l write them closer to my heart That when the days of sorrow come Sweet memories never may depart. I hope you have many pleasant memories of your school days, but life is not life unless you experience some bitter memories also. I hope that through these days you have worked together you have acquired these qualities of Christian character, faith, and courage and that when the days of testing come you will be able to meet them with hearts unafraid.
