First Division is responsible for the upkeep and appearance of the forward half of the ship. This division. is jointly responsible with Second Division for care, maintenance and operation of TALUGA's fueling rigs. These rigs, which provide our most vital product to customers must constantly be maintained in order to provide for a safe transfer during fueling at sea operations.
