ZPrinciiDELl ALBERT F. WEDEKIND Principal The school year of 1966-67 has witnessed many accomplishments at Ta horn a High School. Among these were the new library, new classrooms and facilities, our first co-championship football team in the Seamount League, and new programs such as honors English and independent study. The very best education has been provided for every student, and I sincerely hope that each one of you has gained a quality education at T a h o m a this year that will be of value to you for the rest of your life. I am happy to join with others in extending to the seniors our best wishes as you depart from Tahoma. May the years ahead bring happiness and success. We shall follow your futures with interest and will be pleased to welcome you if you can arrange to return occasionally for a visit. To your generation goes the greatest challenge in the history of mankind. In my brief lifespan, man has moved from the horse and buggy stage to the space age with its many complexities and demands for highly trained citizens. If you become qualified to live successfully in our ever-increasingly complex life, provide the leadership necessary to combat communism, and assist in the perpetuation of our democratic way of life, you must become highly trained citizens. Ascertain your interests and ability potential and make certain your training is commensurate. I extend my most sincere congratulations to the members of the graduating class of 1967 for the completion of the first phase of your education. My best wishes to each member for a most successful life. f Zt .A.11 Zs Superintendent 6 LYMAN D. STAMPER Superintendent
