Ed ito rs N ote Dear Reader, Memory in youth is active and easily impressibleg in old age it is comparatively callous to new im- pressions, but still retains vividly those of earlier years. B te on Our high school career is a joumey filled with memories. In your 1959 Kennel the staff members have striven to collect all those treasured memories of this year and give them to you under one cover. I wish to express my deepest thanks to Mrs. Wood for her tolerance and patience. I also wish to thank Mr. L. F. Red jurecka,ou.r representative from the Steck Company, for his reliable help and considera- tion. Words ca.n never express the thanks and gratitude that l feel for my staff. They have done a wonder- ful job indeed, as you will see by looking through your yearbook. The money from our local business men has made the 1959 Kennel possible. More than half of our money for publication was obtained from our business people. Mr. Shepherd and Mr. Spears have been so ready and willing to help in any way they could on picture- taking days and in any other ways they were able to.
