DEDICATIO TEACHER COACH PRINCIPAL Serving Tahoka High School for the past nine years as coach, and four years as coach and principal, Mr. Jacobs has worked untiringly to make a better Tahoka High School. Seeing not only the things just for the present, he also looks to the future to establish traditions and customs that will inspire and encourage the students to always strive for the finer things of life. EDITOR oTE It is the staff's sincere wish that in the future years when you look through your 1956 Kennel it will renew many pleasant memories. It is with this thought in mind that we tried to depict to you, the students, friends, and faculty of Tahoka High School, all stages of your high school days. Enough credit or thanks can't be given Mrs. Pittman for her hard work and patience with the staff and me. We appreciate her very much. I know every editor thinks her staff is best, but to me I have had the best yet. They are all tops! Thanks a million for all of your co-operation. This year we had a new district supervisor from The Steck Company, Mr. Red jurecka, and to him, on behalf of the staff and Mrs. Pittman, I would like to say, Thanks for being so swell . The people that helped to make the Kennel possible are listed in the back of your book, our advertisers. We would like to express our appreciation to them who contributed so liberally. This being my last year in T.H.S. I sincerely wish that the future editors may have as much co-operation and pleasure in working on their yearbook as I have had.
