The purposes of the council are to promote better school relations between the grades, to help both stu- dents and faculty with school problems, to help promote democratic principles in self-government and to help National Juni The purpose of this chapter is to create an enthu- siasm for superior CHARACTER, SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE in the students of the Tahlequah Junior High School. To be eligible for consideration to membership in this chapter, the student must have been in attendance at least one semester in the Tahlequah Junior High generally to improve school discipline and courtesy. Social activity is planned for all groups concerned and the members assist the faculty in conducting programs for the school, the Parent-Teacher's Association and in many other ways help to show the public the assis- tance they can offer. or Honor Society scholarship. Further eligibility shall be considered by their school character, leadership, and service. This is determined by the Faculty Council Members: Tom W.
