SOPHgllll0RE The sophomore class officers above are planning for one of their famous assemblies. They are N. J. Evans, Vice-president, Jack Keys, President, Vera Sowder, Secretary, Carol Cashow, Treasurer. Having a spirit of optimism are the members of this year's sophomore class. This quality has been helpful in the successful adiustment of these young people to new surroundings. Even though they were new to Tahlequah High, the sophomores have shown the deep love they possess for the school, plus the fact that their possibilities are unlimited through the outstanding part they have taken in school activities. Certain- ly, they are one of the finest sophomore classes ever to have come to Tahlequah High. ln their cheerful attitude and thoughtful actions, they have won the firm respect of their upperclass- men. We look to this class for many accomplish- ments - that when the torch is handed to them, they will rise to the call and carry on with the same spirit and success as those who have gone before them.
