Being a senior is like a pita-pocket. The year can be filled with so many things, said Monica Cruz. Indeed it can. Being a senior means getting all of the extra priv- ileges. Getting out of class to order invitations is only one of the many advantages given to seniors. Taking pictures this year for the seniors set them apart from everyone else also. One way to look at being a senior is by recognizing how much money you spend, said Rae Lynne Wil- liams. The bonfire is another se- nior exclusive. Being a senior is a symbol of success. Seniors strive for a memorable year Being a senior took a lot of work, a lot of time, and usually a whole lot of patience. Seniors collected wood and built a bonfire for the Homecoming football game. 'The building of the bonfire was a lengthy process, and it took some work to build, but it was worth every minute of time we spent on it to see it bum to the ground 5 said senior John- ny Cervantes.
