Hounds Place Third The highlight of the season was the Hounds’ Homecoming showdown against the undefeated Refugio Bob- cats. The Hounds totally unnerved the ’Cats as they outplayed them up and down the field all night. Though the Greyhounds showed their will and determination to win, fighting to the last second, Refugio left victorious, escaping defeat by a narrow margin of only one point in the score, 7-6. However, Greyhound players and fans alike left the field that night knowing in their hearts who the true winners were. Left: Hounds wait patiently on the sidelines for their turn to play.
