...,,,..t.,.., S-2 SHIPS SERVICE D VISION . '. .Service . . The S-2 DIVISION consist of three groups, Ship's Servicemen, Commissarymen, and Messcooks. The SHIP'S SERVICEMEN operate all the retail outlets for clothing, foreign merchandise, ship's store and soda fountain. They also operate the tailor shop, cobbler shop, barber shops and laundry. It is their responsibility to give service to the ship's company to the best of their ability and from this service comes the luxuries that we have on the ship.
