i , S PROPHE E Q , The time is 9 o'clock on the morning of July 24, 1966-15 years, one month, five days, three hours, ten minutes, and five seconds since the 25 seniors of the class of 1951 have all gone different ways down the trail of life. We meet at Tabor's new airport, 'The Subterranean Super Duper Skyline . We jump into our jet, 'Silver Streak,' and take off to gather up the rest of our classmates to go to a reunion on Mars. As we go along at a comfortable speed of 999.9 miles an hour the motor starts acting up so we land on a private field. As we climb out of our planets see a familiar figure coming toward us. Why, my land, its none other thannbrry Smith, who tells us he is a confirmed bachelor. Jerry tells his mechanic to look over the motor while we go into his small 23-room mansion to get refreshed and to walt while he gets ready to go with us. ' Returning to the plane we find the mechanic climbing out of the plane. Why, its our old classmate, Gwen Asman. She decided to become a lady mechanic be- cause she couldn't decide which man she wanted. Now, accompanied by Jerry and Gwen,we journey to Chicago where the Wor1d's Fair is going on. We land at ll o'clock and rent a new Model T to go down town to get some- thing to eat. 'Say, that looks like a nice place, letb eat here,W says Gwen. We park the car and enter the restaurant. That attractive hostess looks famil- 1ar,why its our pal, Carolyn Whitney. She tells us she and her husband own the place. We should have guessed sincethe name of it is 'Frank's Imperial Room N. After being seated, we order our lunch. A cigarette girl comes toward us. Jerry gets so excited he spills a glass of water. The head waiter is summoned, and he sends for the chief cook a d bottle washer to clean up the mess.We watch him clean up the water and notice he looks familiarg why, 1t's none other than Merril Brandt, who tells us he is now married and has seven very nice children We tell him to meet us at the fair after lunch. After dining, we leave for the fair grounds. We meet Carolyn and Merril and go down to the midway. We all get tickets and go on the giant roller coast- er. Everyone shakily gets off and Gwen looks a little pale so we take her to the carnival doctor. Boy! Does that doctor look sophisticated! Why 1t's' Ben VI Suhr, our old buddy. Ben gives Gwen something for her nerves and.we start off again. As we are leaving the midway we see a sign about a strong mangwe decide to stop and see it. We go inside and are seated. The stage lights are on and a huge man comes out on the stage.Boy,he looks like-it couldn't be,it is though why,it's Bud Wolkins. After his act we go back stage to see him. He is now mm feet four inches tall and weighs 210 lbs. We ask him how he got so large. He tells us he took Dr. Snoozle's Vito-Capsules. We have now acquired two more members of our class so we go back to our parked car and parked beside us is the neatest Cadillac we have ever seen. It has a South Dakota 41 county license. We wonder if its anyone we know. Well, look who is coming over here, it's Donald Queen and his wife. Donald tells us his wife is here at the fair Judging chickens and that he now runs the Standard Grocery in Rapid City. We tell him that we are having a class reunion and we are going to meet in Tabor tomorrow. He tells us he will meet us in Tabor as he has to attend to some business in Tabor, so he will drive his car back. We get in our car and go back to the airport. We head for Washington D. C. to see the president to get a pass tot he stratosphere. We land at the El Ringo Airport and rent a touring car and head for the White House. Upon entering, we ask the receptionist, who lodm'vaguely familimg where to find the president. She gives us directions and we hurry up the cor- ridor entering the pres1dent's chamber. The president's name is Oscar Joe Pret. After talking with him a while, he tells us he is from Iowa. We tell him he looks and acts just like a boy we used to go to school with in Tabor. He says, 'You're from Tabor? Well, so am I. Ma be you remember me as the great Joe Het- zelf'We talk a while and he sends us back to the receptionist and we find it is our classmate, Jeanette Whitehill, who tells us the men kept fighting over her
