Consequently, the registrar's office is one ol the school's busiest places. Besides grades - registrations, records, transcripts,excuses,and reports are a part of the daily routine. Not infrequently, also, is Professor Harms seen interviewing and advising students about slipping grades or enrollment irregularities. Even such duties as preparation of the an- nual catalog and the writing of puhlicitv copy come under the jurisdiction of the regis- trar. All this could, however, not be accom- plished without the efficient help of the two student secretaries, Ruby Richert and Irene Sawatzky, who are almost constantly record- ing grades, checking records, or pounding the typewriter. 11' ---and Dollars to the Treasurer HEN dollars come to the treasurer work results for Rosa Voth, col- lege bookkeeper and shorthand instructor. Miss Voth, however, does not complain, for as long as dollars come in, her motto is nthe more the merrierf' Anna liartel, also of the treasurer's orlice, has general charge of the orliice and the college book store, besides serving as private secretary to President ,X. E. Ianzen.
