I am grateful for all your hard work and your sweet attitudes. You are all fine Christian examples. Each of you gave a hundred percent every game and were rewarded for it. Our successes in the Wilson Tournament (Third Place) and the Conference Tournament (Second Place) are very special to me. I can’t begin to describe how it felt to defeat last year’s champion, Tabernacle-Morganton, and to see you play so well. Congratulations to two of my captains, Dawn and April, on your selections to the All-Conference and All-Tournament teams. You both played a great tournament, and the awards were well-de- served. It is difficult for a team to lose four starters from the previous year and still remain unified and strong. But each of you persisted in developing your skills and growing intoa team. In every game, beginning with our win over Tabernacle-Morganton to our impressive victory over Faith-Henderson- ville, you gave a hundred percent. To my four freshmen — Torrey, Eric, Tim, and Chris — we appreciate your leadership on the court and wish you well as you move up to Varsity.
