Student Teachers Invade The SCOPE Program provides variety and challenge for everyone involved in the English Department. Subjects range from a general topic such as writing to a specific topic such as Women in Literature. Grammar classes practice putting every work in exactly the right place while Journalism classes collect articles for their paper. Civic Responsibility: This year’s SCOPE Program introduced many new courses in the fields of government, psychology and social studies. This meant that both teachers and students had to spend more time preparing and studying, whether the class be Current Social Problems or Free Enterprise. Sociology classes studied crime and delinquency while psychology students learned about one’s own identity and many other important steps in human development. Top Left: Mr. Robert L.
