FCA . . . Students For Fellowship With God The FCA huddle this year was very active and did quite a list of things. They had a Christmas drive for a deserving family, visited an old folks home for a sing-along and raised money to send kids to FCA Summer Camp this summer by spK nsoring basketball games. One game was at Tabb where the FCA team played against the school faculty. The FCA had many meetings this year where athletes, smdents of Tabb, came to know the Lord as their Savior. As it is written in the Bible, John 3:16, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believith in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Now FCA puts a challenge to you to come and know the Lord. Why? Because God loves you, too. Top Right: Back Row: D. Nuckols, M. Kelley, J. Meservy, F. Griffin, S. Jones, L. Jennings, M. Win, M. Fox, D. Walkup, D. Perry, V. Frances. Middle Row: B. Spencer, D. NHS Holds Early Induction The rwenty-three members of last years National Honor Society performed the tapping ceremonies on February 5, 1975 under the sponsorship of Miss Scott and Mr. Bird. Seven new members were inducted into the society. Another tapping was held May 25, 1976 to induct qualifying juniors. Admittance into the National Honor Society is based on the leadership, scholarship, service and character of each student. They must maintain a 3.50 grade average. This year a new system was added to make the decision easier. Clubs and sports were arranged with certain point values, then points were given to students depending upon their participation in each activity. This also made qualifying more difficult.
