Lunchroom staff pleases particular Knight palates LUNCHROOM STAFF selling doughnuts, apples and orange juice before school start- ing on the government type A lunch program making sure that everyone has a balanced meal . . , serving hungry teachers . , . working in a clean and efficient kitchen . . . enticing Knights with aromatic smells making sure there is enough food to go around cooking a big turkey dinner with all the trimmings for Thanks- giving and Christmas smiling and being helpful . . . working with Mrs. Ralston, the dietician . . . being rewarded with sighs of contentment and smacking lips . . . offering des- serts that compliment the main course . . . clean- ing up after lunching Knights' mistakes adding that special touch of home to the food . . . making the miracles of talent and dedication feed the multitudes. Custodians give Knights image that mirrors pride CUSTODIAL STAFF . . . turning on the heaters for the cold and damp days helping RHS to be a clean and efficient school . . . tightening the wobbly lunch tables . . . finding time to help a teacher in distress . . . cleaning the lipstick off the bathroom mirrors working to keep the school's landscaping beautiful eating lunch between emergencies keeping the teacher's lounge comfortable . . . weeding the flower beds and mowing the grass staying late into the night to clean up after victory dances . . . putting the sinks back up replacing broken mirrors sweeping the halls after everyone has gone . . . pulling paper out of desks . . . opening the gate for a forgetful student . . . striving to keep our school litter-free and always attractive.
