Night of Knights creates elegant pageantry of yore NIGHT OF KNIGHTS Student Council working hard to make the event wonderful . .. nominating candidates from each homeroom for the Outer Court . . . voting for the Inner Court and the King and Queen renting tuxedos . . . buying or making that special gown . . . get- ting more anxious as the longfawaited night approaches rushing around to finish details at the last minute watching the Coronation with the excitement as King Larry and Queen Jacque and the Court of the Sable Plume for the year 1969 are announced recreating the elegant pageantry of yore . . . feeling happy all over because this Night of Knights was truly the most memorable night of the year. The royal crown is placed on Larry Whit- man's head signifying his reign as King of the Sable Plume has begun. e : 5' M! l Frank Burris provides observing Knights with amusing entertainment.
