GETTING THIN is all right, if you are too fat; and all wrong, if too thin already. Fat, enough for your habit, is healthy; a little more, or less, is no great harm. Too fat, consult a doctor; too thin, persistently thin, no matter what cause, take Scott ' s emulsion of cod-liver oil. There are many causes of getting too thin; they all come under these two heads: over-work and under-digestion.
