Chrzkfmas Dimzer The annual Christmas dinner was held on the night of December the Hfteenth, in the college dining-room. The dining-room was beautifully dee- orated with holly. ,Tiny Christmas trees graced the long tables which were in the form of a hollow square. The only light radiated from candles and gave to the room a soft glow which intensined the holiday mood. In the center of the Hoor stood a large Christmas tree, laden with orna- ments and hosts of presents for students and guests. Santa Claus reigned in all his glory in distributing the presents from his overflowing pack. So great was Santa's task that several helpers were called upon. Mr. C. Stoy, as master of ceremonies, presided over an interesting and clever program. The following toasts were given: Santa Claus, Estelle Pageg Christmas Greens, Jane Crozierg and the Star of Bethlehem, Virginia Abney. Elizabeth Clayton gave a delightful reading-Edgar Guest's Going Home for Christmas. After several Christmas and school songs were sung the guests departed with a fuller gleam of the Christmas spirit in their hearts than at the begin- ning of the evening. JQSSXC ninety-fm'
