As sophomores we quite excelled, In all our strange new duties Our study habits weren't too good, And oh, our grades were beauties. Our junior term was bright and gay, We ruled throughout the year, As English champs-of S, H. S. The like you ne'er did hear. At last we reached our final year, And all our dreams came true We knew our work was not in vain For we were seniors, too. Y Eleven years we've worked and toiled We had one goal in mind To occupy our place in life. Fitted for the trials of time. So to all the future classes, As we from high school pass We leave the wish that they may have, As wonderful a class.
