CLASS WILL We, the Senior Class of Sycamore High School, in the County of Wyandot, and the State of Ohio, do hereby will and bequeath to the Senior Class of 1954, our rubber bands, our rubber balls, our carved desks and squeaky seats. Second, To the Superintendent, Board of Education, teachers, parents, and friends we bequeath our deepest gratitude. To special individuals we leave the following: I, John Bell, will my ability to dribble a basketball down the floor to Gene Von Blon who seems to get his feet tied in knots. I, Jim Biller, will by driving techniques to Allen Corfman who believes in taking the cor- ners on four wheels. I, Wayne Dutcher, will my ability to roller skate to Carolyn McGinnis in hopes she can learn to skate on her feet. I, Edwin Gingery, will my sitting on the bench to Danny Bogard who could stand a rest. I, Alan Karcher, will my ability to going steady to Beverly Miller who seems to love them all. I, Ronald Miller, will my shyness around girls to Gene May and Hershel Conner who just can't leave them alone. I, Larry Reed, will my whiskers to Don Hannum who hopes he'll grow something besides peach fuzz some day. I, Robert Shook, ,will my ability for wooing the girls to Ronnie Grandstaff who just can't seem to get a pitch. I, Wayne Solze, will my love for Civics to all the unlucky Juniors who won't have any choice next year. I, Janis Corfman, will my love for writing letters to fellows in the service to all the un- lucky girls who will have to start writing when their boy-friends leave. I, Nova Giles, will my witty remarks to Phyllis Ruhlen who can't seem to say the right things at the right time. I, Jean Grady, will my high grades to Jim Stever who just can't seem to catch on to what the word study means. I, Carol Grubb, will Danny Bogard to Joyce Riedel who has been trying to get him all year. I, Marjorie McDermott, will my love for sports to Eleanor Hetzel who doesn't seem to know what it is all about. I, Ruth Miller, will my diamond ring to Patty Ward in hopes she'll get one some day. I, Ruth Riedel, will my height to Jerry Everhart so by the time he's a Senior he'll be tall enough to play center on the basketball team. I, Bonny Yentzer, will my poodle hair cut to Shirley Kelley who might like a change in style. I, Shirley Hummel, will my ability to get along with the opposite sex to Freddie Hufford who seems so bashful. ' I, Terry Ransom, will my ability to stay up late and still make it to school on time to Philip Grubb who can't seem to escape those little blue slips. I, Carolyn Riedel, will my nickname Fuzz to any under classman who can line up to it. I, Marian Everhart, will my freckles to Glenn Goodman. Heaven knows where he'll put them. I, Marilyn Smith, will my ability to date boys from other towns to Alicelee Clingman who said she should like a change of atmosphere. I, La Von Droll, will my ability not to get along with the teachers to Marlin Weaver who never sems to get in any trouble. I, Marlene Harter, will my quiet and reserved ways to Kay Sloman, who just doesn't seem to know what the words quiet and reserved means.
