Student Life The 88-89 school year began with a bang. Beginning with award winning sports all the way to the academic team, our spirit just kept growing. There was no telling how far the Aviators woutd go. The year was endowed with traditional events such as dances, plays, and musicals. However, this year, creativity ran wild. Sycamore invented new and better things. The Hangar was created right in our own gym. Novel, student-oriented events such as Battle of the Bands and Spring Fting were great successes. The students of Sycamore High remained all fired up. This excitement carried over to the per- sonal level as well. Midst ail the hustle and bustle, new friendships kindled while old ones roared. Student life at Sycamore is more than books. classes, and events. ltis people making memories. And the mem- ories brought about by this year will never be forgotten.
