Curiosity being one of my greater weaknesses, I t buzzed into your school to find out for myself the other various activ- ities, both pleasant and tedious, that go on within Sycamore High School. I found the members of the faculty and the student body busy as bees performing their do? Iy tasks . l was very much surprized to find thatSycamore High School is oper- ated in much the same manner as my beehive is. I hope that you will derive as much pleasure from looking and reading through this book, and re- living your experiences, as I did in taking my trip through Sycamore High School.

Mr. Turner came to Sycamore in 1949, the same year that our SeniorClass began their Fresh- man year . Through the years at Sycamore, we have found Mr . Turner always willing to help us with our work and our problems. He is our Friend, us well as our teacher. Every member of the student body of Sycamore deeply respects and admires him.
