One thing we will especially miss is seeing our friends. But this part of our life is over, and another, begins. We all realize now that we will probably go our separate ways But we will never forget our fun and crazy school days. Now that we’ve graduated, we have a lot of things to look forward to And as time goes by we will continue to reflect upon the things we used to say and do I think at school we've learned enough To make it through when times are tough. We know we cut you down a lot But our years at S.C. will never be forgot. Vicki Chase 94 SENIORS ARE WINNERS! VOICE OF DEMOCRACY SPEECH CONTEST WINNER WADE SELF D.A.R. Remember the day when we first came here in the Seventh grade. We were scared but still excited, we were not sure where classes were, and lockers were hard to open. Those were the good days. Now we have our future plans to think about: Where we are going, what we are going to do with our lives. Right now we are Seniors . Everyone else's an underclassman but us. Cindy enjoys the plane ride home. On March 17. 1982. twenty-six members of the senior class left Switzerland County High School at 4:30 p.m. by bus to the Louisville Airport. Flight 216 was taken from Louisville to Charlotte. North Carolina, then Flight 339 from Charlotte to Orlando. Florida. The seniors arrived in Florida at 11:00 p.m.. and they stayed at the Caravan Resort Inn. The first day was spent at Wet n’ Wild which is a water playground. It consisted of slides and boats. After Wet n' Wild they went to the Polynesian Village at Walt Disney World to attend a luau. The 19th of March was spent at the famous Walt Disney World. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed the many features. Saturday was spent at Sea World. Sea World had many shows involving sharks, dol- phins. and water skiing. After leaving Sea World they trav- elled to St. Petersburg. Florida, which is about an eighty mile drive, and checked into a Holiday Inn. March 21st and 22nd were free days. The seniors soaked up the sun at the beach. On Monday night they went to see a movie and had pizza afterwards. The last day was spent at Busch Gardens. After Busch Gardens we went to the Tampa Airport and took flight 68 to Charlotte. North Carolina, then from North Carolina on flight 314 to Charleston. West Virginia, to Lou- isville. Everyone had a good time and this helped to prepare us for the time we will be leaving home.
