The schedule shows wins over Rankin, Eliza- beth, Ford City, Braddock, Oakmont, Glassport, and Wilmerding. The Volers lost to Homestead, Wilkinsburg, and Springdale. Springdale was the only team to hold the Gold Flashes to a zero score. page thirty-four The Swissvale footballers gathered one hun- dred fifty-four points to the opponents' eighty- nine.
