E E MARIAN CLASS WILL We the Class of 39 n the city of Detroit county of Wayne and state of Michigan have ended our brilliant career in the Swe test Heart of Mary High School and being in full possession of a sound body mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this authorized statement We do hereby bequeath the following items to the following people I To the members of the Faculty To the Rt Rev Msgr M J Grupa we bequeath our heartfelt thanks and ad miration for the wonderful guidance we have obtained from him To the Rev Fathers we leave our genuine love and our de pest appreciation for their untirmg efforts and keen interest manifested in our personal and social affairs To the Venerable Sisters we leave our gratitude together with our prayers for the knowledge they have imparted to us We also leave them peaceful nights and tran quil dreams for they dont have to worry and age slowly over our scholastic problems any more II To the School and the Student Body To our dear Alma Mater and her whole student body we bequeath th School Song Silver and Green May they sing it as cheerfully as we did We also grant our future honor and our names to our chool which shall go down in the annals of the Hall of Fame III To the Freshmen as a whole To all the Freshmen we bequeath our most valuable assets our Senior dignity which we know they wont be able to uphold our self importance which made us shining models in everything. and above all our great Wisdom which they ll never succeed in attaining. We also grant them our last examination questions and any un- finished business left behind, such as, unpaid debts etc. IV. To various Freshmen: To Steve Markovich we leave Joseph Baranski's ability to make a little know- ledge go a long, long, way. To Edward Ptak we leave Ann Bozynski's store of information, so that he wfll miraculously know this about that and that about this. To Arthur Bednarkiewicz we will Genevieve Ciesniewskrs blushes and her coy manners. To Virginia Puwal we bequeath Leo Dominick's ability to chew gum which in turn helps his brain to function properly. To John Portalski we grant Ann Gagala's ability to say the right thing at the right time. He won't be able to do it anyway. To Albert Skomski we leave Clara Galazka's bountiful store of Latin which he seems to mildly despise. To Virginia Kurkowski we bequeath Catherine Gnzarek's tongue that has re- versed the law of Nature by never staying in her mouth. To Rita Bozynski and Joseph Zolnierczyk we grant Margaret Junga's store of language with which they can discuss upon any subject with a seeming knowledge. To Arthur Florka we bequeath Mary Kozlowski's title of Windy or if that isn't desirable, the more nauseating title of Cyclone, To Rita Zalewskl and Clara Formell we leave Mary Ann Kuszak's good luck in being able to bluff her way through any test with amazing results.
