SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS The traditional caps and gowns made their first appearance at Founder ' s Day and were seen often throughout the year in dignif ied array atop the Golden Stairs. Spirit and leadership characterized this class; success crowned them as the curtain came down on the finale of The Virgins of Menace; and endurance and long suffering enabled them to master that shadowy spectre called COMPREHENSIVES. The way was long, but when spring vacation rolled around, the distance was surprisingly decreased, and so were the number of available parking spaces on campus! In spite of spring fever and other pleasant interruptions, thev emerged victorious with beaming faces and diplomas in hand. Sadly we bid them farewell as they go forth to take their places in the wide, wide world. 21
