Student nurses spend a week here giving care under the supervision of experienced staff nurses. On 3 NORTH, a busy surgical floor, the rattle of a cart bringing another patient from O. R. is not a strange sound. The laughter and also the cries from the pediatric section of the floor are other familiar and well -remembered sounds.
