Public Relations Committee Member 5 Members of the hospital Service Guild are recognized by their pink pinafores as they circulate the Gift Cart and Lending Library. These volunteers also serve as Admittance l-lostesses, assist in feeding patients and reading to patients. junior volunteers, known as Candy-stripers, serve during the summer months. The Service Guild, in addition to quarterly meetings, sponsors yearly fund- raising projects with proceeds going to the hospital. The students of the School of Nursing are especially grateful to the Service Guild fgr the individual birthday remembrances they receive, and also for the lovely tea given each fall to honor the new class.
