During the football season they sold balloons and banners to put more spirit in the football games. They have purchased a pencil vending machine which the school really needed. Now students have no excuse for going to class without a pencil. In basketball season they sold pins, which most of the stu- dents bought one or two. Also, they made the school new stage props, which were needed very badly. They had them ready for the Senior play. fThe seniors were very grateful., Of course the Student Council had its annual candle light ceremony in which a candle was lighted for past and' present presidents and vice-presidents. A rose was given to each Stu- dent Council member. 39
