Although it lost three heartbreakers to Haverford, Ridley Park, and Chester, the team won its games with Glen-Nor and Media. The girls showed good sportsmanship and deter- mination under Coach Putty and Captain Barby Dunn. With Captain Rob Wright as his only remaining letterman, Coach Reese built up an energetic and enthusiastic team, The team, con- tinually improving and ready for work, entered the Kiwanis Tourna- ment with high spirit, in spite of the fact that it had lost most of its games.
