Each year 109i of the senior class and 592 of the junior class are elected to this organization, symbolic of the highest recogni- tion the school can offer. P H. T SlUDl l lACUlll Six years ago, the Student Faculty Com- mittee was originated to develop a closer under- standing of school problems between students and teachers. The committee's major concerns this year have been the parking situation, the honor system, and the problem of expensive gifts for teachers. Although the committee has no ofiicial capacity, it has done a great deal to im- prove conclitions by merely discussing problems and making recommendations. 'rs STA DARDS BUARD In spite of a late start, this year's Standards Board has done a fine job as a student guidance committee on helping to maintain high stand- ards for the school. Before Christmas, the Board held an as- sembly at which several members explained the honor system and the clothing and chewing gum regulations. It is hoped that making the students themselves responsible for their standards will increase their sense of honesty, integrity, and responsibility. -+' Q... 'Q 'UC ill X 3
