This was an important game for the Bulldogs heeause they had not lost .1 eonference game so far and the head coach of Gainesville was a former Bulldog coach. The Bulldogs tame ahead two times only to give in to the hard running hacks of Gainesville. Suwannee threatened several times in the last quarter but fumbles and penalties held the Bulldogs down.
