One of the trying moments of the game was when Ocala made their last touchdown and ran their extra point, Although it looked like the Ocala player was tackled behind the line the referee called the extra point good. BVLLDOGS TRIUMPH OVFR LEON LIONS The Green XY'ax'e served as host to the Leon Lions and played bril- liant football to clinch its first tic' tory over Tallahassee in a long time. ln spite of Suwannee-'s bad luck of having a first string and well known quarterback. suffering a broken collarbone received in practice and not being able to play in the game, Suwannee went on to defeat a powerful Leon team. The Bulldogs took advantage of two Leon fumbles to get the ball and score both touchdowns in the first quarter.
