Sutton Fillies this season broke Shick-ley’s 46-game winning streak. According to Mr. Schoneberg. the reason for these wins was working together as a team with excellent defense and each filling her part. The Fillies captured the 2nd-best record in Fillies History and were rated 3rd in State. Coach Schoneberg stated the toughest teams to play were Centennial and Battle Creek. JR. HIGH For the past few years Sutton has been successfully beating their opponents. This year was no exception. The girls came out on top with a record of 7-0. They successfully beat their opponents by an average of 15 points each game. Practice began mostly by running and getting back into shape.
