I, John Colburn, will my great towering heights to Steve Paulman so it will help him in basketball; my talkative ways to Mike Flannigan since she is so quiet and re- served; and my Government teacher to anyone who wants him. I, Merlin Crockett, being of sound mind with nothing to will, will all of my nothingness to anyone with ambition enough to take it. I, Ivan Dike, will my shiny old wreck of a Plymouth to Dean Fear so he won't have to ride to school in a crowded Volkswagon. I, Lee Hoatson, having no brains at all do hereby will my ability to keep my mouth shut to Felix and my ability to not get caught shooting paper wads in music to Frank. I, Milan Moore, being of quivering mind and twitching body do hereby will my inability to run into John Colburn to Tom Thomlison because he is always so steady nerved, calm, and collected. I, Evelyn Rotert, will my ability to be quiet in Mr. O'Neill's classes to Mike Flannigan as she is always engaged in some kind of an argument and is never wrong. I, Carolyn Crosby, being of sound mind and big body do hereby will my volley- ball ability to Sherry Allison so she won't be such a lousy player. I also will my nick- name to my sister Elaine so she won't feel like a thief when she uses it. I, Janet Brownell, will my ability to date boys on week nights to Ruthie Glaze so she won't have to park with Mary Ann, and my ability to keep quiet in Mr. O'Neill's study hall to Mike Flannigan since she always has her big mouth going. I, Doris Jean Reicks, will my brain to the Department of Oddities at the Smith- sonian Institute and my ability to flirt to the Freshmen girls, because they are so pain- fully shy around members of the opposite sex. I, Marlin White, being of no mind and little body do hereby will my nickname Flash to Herschel Beveridge. This page is sponsored by BUTCH'S BAR and THE FARMERS CO-OP ASSOCIATION of Hershey. Nebraska

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, THE CLASS OF 1962, being of sound mind and body, do hereby make the following bequests: I, Rodney Joe Meyen, will my so called peroxided blond hair and football ability to Frank Thompson, so that the girls will chase him. 1, Mick Bowden, will my ability to think of a will to any junior who might have the same trouble, as I, next year. I, Barbara Dickerson, will my ability to pour myself into my skirts to Sandy Nelson as she is always seen ripping her skirts. I, Donna Thompson, being in a state of questionable mentality, do hereby will my large mouth to my brother Frank so that his potential musical ability may issue forth and become worldly famous. I, Jim Copeland, being of sound mind and body, do will my basketball ability to sit on the bench to Felix Munoz since he'll be doing so much of that next year. I, Connie Holmstedt, being of high spirits will my ability to smile and be happy to all the students who walk the halls of S. H. S. My ability to eat and gain weight goes to cute little Susie Beeson. I, Jayne Binegar, being of knobby knees, but sturdy ones, will them to Mary Anne Goedert since she seems in dire need of them. I, Jeri Leonhardt, being of sound mind and body, will my ability to write letters in English class to Jan Brownell since she never writes to Gale. I, Jim Jochum, will my straight gold locks to Coach O’Neill since his hair is so curly and thick. I, Ron Evans, will my sneaky ability to eat candy in Government class to Bob Funk, so he can eat in peace and quiet. I, Bill Goedert, being of weak mind and sound body, do hereby will my ability to sleep in class and get away with it to all high school boys who hunt ducks on week-day mornings before school. I, Virginia Kennedy, will my ability to have perfect attendance and my unfailing punctuality to all underclassmen as they will find it a marvelous asset.
