CLASS FLOWER Pink Carnation PROPHECIES FOR THE CLASS OF 1962 Ten years have passed, and we find the class of 1962 quite busy. MILAN MOORE - Milan's ambition was to go to New York and be a playboy. He didn't quite make it to New York, but he is now Sutherland's leading playboy. BILL GOEDERT - Bill is still talking to himself about that wonderful end that Suth- erland had in the 1961 football season. JOHN COLBURN - John is now state representative for Geritol Junior. He is so pepped up that he makes regular visits to P. U. DONNA THOMPSON - Donna is head of the English department at P. U. JIM JOCHUM - Jim runs a very popular nudist colony in Sunshine Valley, Missouri. MICK BOWDEN - Mick has now retired after making his fortune selling insect re- pellent and fly swatters to the patrons of Jim's Resort. MARLIN WHITE - Marlin just won the Mr. America contest of 1972. He is the tallest winner in the history of the contest. MERLIN CROCKETT - Men is the girls' volleyball coach at S. H. S. At least one of his students has to stay after school every night. RODNEY ME YEN - Rod is the district distributer for Coors. He is also the proud father of four little alcoholics. JIM COPELAND - Jim is Tarzen of the latest film hit - Tarzen's New Love-Vir- ginia. CONNIE HOLMSTEDT - Connie recently made the gossip columns when she had to cancel her wedding because she was late and didn't bring an excuse. JANET BROWNELL - After graduating from high school Janet joined the Waves and is now learning how to cope with Gales on the high seas. BARBARA DICKERSON - Barb is now one of Arthur Murray's leading teachers. She is famous for her new version of the Twist, and Shimmey. RON EVANS - Ron was always hunting, illegally of course. Now to make sure he doesn't get caught, he became Game Warden. JAYNE BINEGAR - Jayne is waiting for Milan to make his second million so they can get married; but Milan says she may have to wait a long time. IVAN DIKE - Ivan was always a good talker, so he is now an auctioneer. You can see him down on Main Street any day of the week. He is still trying to sell that old Plymouth that he has been trying to sell for five years.
